This Promotional Codes Policy (“Promo Codes Policy”) describes the terms and conditions that apply to use of Promotional Codes (“Promo Code(s)”) that are distributed by the Agency or by an authorized partner and is an integral part of the Terms of Service, which is accessible by clicking on the following link.
By accepting or using Promo Codes, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein. If you do not agree with this Promo Codes Policy, you shall not use or accept Promo Codes.

What are Promo Codes? Promo Codes are computer-generated unique codes, consisting of numbers and letters that you can enter into a promotional box to obtain a discount on the Booking, except for order of the Agency Ancillary Services.
What types of Promo Codes we offer? Agency offers following types of Promo Codes:
How you can use and redeem Promo Code? At the time of Booking placement, you can enter Promo Code into a promotional box on the Website to obtain a discount on your Booking. If Promo Code is entered correctly, a green tick will appear in the field next to a promotional box, and Money off or Percentage off Promo Code will apply. Only one Promo Code can be used per Booking.
Information about particular Promo Code such as type of Promo Code, amount of the discount of Promo Code, the Booking(s) for which it can be used, Promo Code expiration date and other details as well as obtaining procedure will be specified in the promotion-specific terms and conditions sent to you in emails or such information will be published directly in Promo Codes Release Place. Promo Codes good while supplies last.
The value of Promo Code does not cover the full cost of the Booking, you shall pay the remaining amount depending of the Promo Code value. If the value of Promo Code exceeds the cost of the Booking, the maximum possible discount will be charged, and the remaining value of Promo Code will be unavailable for further use.
Promo Codes Restrictions. Promo Codes are valid only if received from Agency or an authorized partner, indicated in Promo Codes Release Place. Promo Codes are not valid and will not be honored, and Agency shall not be liable, if obtained from unauthorized sellers or resellers, i. e. sellers or resellers that are not indicated in Promo Codes Release Place.
In the event of refund or cancellation of the Booking paid using Promo Code, the money equivalent of Promo Code is non-refundable. Promo Codes are expressed in a fixed conditional amount or percentage, are not refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.
Neither can Promotion Codes or their values/amounts be exchanged replaced, merged or splitted, nor can they be activated or used for different promotional campaigns except the one they are dedicated/attached to.
If due to technical reasons (work failures of the Website, channels of data transfer, etc.) Promo Code was not taken into account at the time of Booking payment, the money equivalent of Promo Code is non-refundable. In such case, the Agency reserves the right not to provide a new Promo Code.Once Promo Code is used, it shall be deemed redeemed and shall not be cancelled or returned upon your request, e. g. for use to another Booking.
Promo Codes may not be combined with or applied jointly to any other certificates, upgrades, awards, or coupons in one Booking.
Promo Codes cannot be duplicated or resold and Agency expressly forbids Promo Codes being offered for commercial purposes by you or a third party, especially on internet auctions or other web-based platforms.
Promo Codes Expiration. Promo Codes expires and will no longer have any value after:

Miscellaneous. Except as specified herein, the Bookings made on the Website by using Promo Codes shall be subject to the Terms of Service.
Safeguard your Promo Codes. It shall not be reissued and the Agency shall not be liable for any damages if lost, stolen, damaged or used without authorization.
The Agency makes no guarantees, warranties, or representations of any kind concerning use of the Promo Codes.
The Agency may modify this Promo Codes Policy including, but not limited to, the rules for using and redeeming Promo Codes, at any time without prior notice. Agency shall inform you of such amendments by publishing them on the Website.

- Money off Promo Codes - Promo Codes, which provide you a fixed discount to the Booking in exact money amount (according to the currency of the Website);
- Percentage off Promo Codes - Promo Codes, which provide you a fixed discount in percent of the Booking cost.
- Multiple Promo Codes - Promo Codes, which allow you to receive an unlimited number of discounts to the Bookings due to its expiration date;
- Single Promo Codes - Promo Codes, which can only be used once per Booking;
- Unique Promo Codes - Promo Codes, which allow you to receive one-time discount to the Booking for one particular Customer by “My Account”.
- within promotional offers or other promotional activities published on the Website;
- Promo Codes can be published on Agency’s pages or authorized partners’ pages in social networks;
- Promo Codes can be placed on the authorized partner website;
- Promo Codes can be sent to you in emails, sms messages, in private messages on social networks (“Promo Codes Release Place”).

- date set forth on the Promo Codes or indicated in Promo Codes Release Place.
When you cannot use Promo Codes? You cannot use Promo Codes when you:
- buy flight tickets upon referral from a metasearch engine (websites which collect flight ticket offers from many agencies and airlines);
- buy flight tickets of low-cost airlines;
- buy flight tickets after clicking on links marked as “ad” in Google or Yandex.
