Voluntary change of date/route
Changes in the booked and paid ticket are possible only for the flights of the same airline.
How to apply for change of date/route?
The changes will be made after payment confirmation. The notification of changes will be sent to the customer's email.
How to apply for change of date/route?
- Log into “My Account” – “Flight Tickets” – “Booking #” – “Edit order” – “Change Date/Route”.
- Choose the new date, destination or city of departure.
- In the “Comment” field you can enter the new flight and time.
- Press “Send Request”.
- When you receive the calculation, pay the cost of changes.
