HighPass Service
HighPass is the set of services provided at an airport for the comfortable stay of the passengers:
Fast-track / Meet&Greet – this is the fast pass for all the required formalities at an airport through the separate passage or via a personal assistant.
It allows you to save time and stay calm.
Business lounge will provide you with the comfortable waiting time in a separate premium class zone in a distance from the hurrying crowd.
The selected service would be added to the booking for all the passengers.
Important! Upon completing the booking, editing or adding the HighPass service is not possible. Only cancelling the service (with the respective fee included) would be possible.

VIP-servicing guarantees the highest comfort level during your stay at the airport. You will be provided with a parking space for your vehicle as well as a separate terminal; your personal consultant will assist you in dealing with any issues and will organize passing all the procedures; a personal transfer service eliminates the necessity to stay in lines and avoid crowds of people.
How to order the service?
When creating a booking, fins the HighPass block at the additional services tab.- Choose the airport where you would like to get the upgraded services.
- You would need to check the service you wish to receive in the available services list.
The selected service would be added to the booking for all the passengers.
Important! Upon completing the booking, editing or adding the HighPass service is not possible. Only cancelling the service (with the respective fee included) would be possible.
When refunding tickets, changing and canceling a flight, including changing a flight or canceling it by an airline, the funds for the Highpass service are not automatically refunded.
How to cancel the HighPass service?
To cancel the service and receive funds, you must contact the Customer Care Service.The following factors influence the calculation of the amount of funds to be returned:
- the time remaining before the provision of the service;
- type of service;
- the airport at which the service has to be provided;
- the exchange rate difference at the time of the refund.
